To access these restricted documents, please use the "MY ACCOUNT" feature,  represented by an icon of a person, located to the right of the "PORTAL" button in the top navigation menu.  Select “SIGN IN,” then enter your account credentials in the fields provided. 

If you have not yet created an account, select the "CREATE ACCOUNT" option and complete all required fields. Once your information is submitted, your ownership will be verified, and access will be granted upon approval.

If you experience any issues during the account validation process, please email brock@brockpm.com for assistance. All requests must include the full legal name(s) as listed on the Broward County Property Appraiser’s website, along with the property’s full address to ensure proper verification.

 To view your personal homeowner account details—such as balances, payment history, and related information—please use the Owner Portal link available in the main menu. 

 If you have not yet registered for portal access, please click the PORTAL button in the main menu. On the portal’s welcome page, select "Need to Register?" option and follow the prompts to create your account. 

Once your information is verified, you will be granted secure access to view your personal homeowner account details, including balances, payment history, and other important information.
